I am self- motivated, success driven, people -oriented and possess great interpersonal skills. My greatest vision is to improve human conditions, I relate with the poor, powerless, marginalized and would like to help all human beings discover power to overcome everyday challenges. In 2021 we established Longway Avenues (LA) Care Ltd which is a Social Provider for Supported Living and Domiciliary Care. Longway Avenues (LA) Care’s ethos is to see those with power caring for the powerless then we can all celebrate an equal society. As the Director of Longway Avenues (LA) Care I have repeatedly proved my ability to lead through diverse and challenging situations and as a result I have several significant achievements to my name including winning the Best Social Policy Student Award at Liverpool Hope University in 2013 and the Best Overall Performance from Postgraduate Social Work Programmes Within the School of Nursing, Midwifery, Social Work and Social Sciences at the University of Salford 2015. Likewise, Longway Avenues has been another massive achievement.
